What if my child cannot attend a piano lesson?
JKPA will not entertain last minute changes. If the child is sick with an MC, the teacher will give a replacement class. No replacement classes will be given due to school activities or personal arrangements. Where advance notice of at least 1 week is given due to school commitments, the studio will try to arrange for a replacement lesson.
When are the term holidays?
JKPA closes for 1 week (chargeable) during Chinese New Year and 2 weeks (non chargeable) in December. When students are away on holidays, the lessons missed are chargeable without replacement.
How many lessons are there in a month?
All students have 4 weekly lessons in a month. There is no lesson on the 5th week and no fee is charged. JKPA is closed on Public Holidays and lessons missed are chargeable without replacement.
